Understand and communicate plant/suppliers capacity, lead-time and operational plans to ensure proper inventory is maintainedCollaborate with demand planning to understand the impact of forecast changes and translate demand plan into inventory need-Manage purchase order size based on service commitments, existing inventory on hand and lead timesPlace order to plants and external vendors for required demand within LTWork daily with Sales Coordinators, and fulfill order processing (primarily PO processing), import logistics, SAP transactions (e.g. GR, GI, Goods Transfer, Billing, etc.), insurance claiming (if needed), return (if needed), etc.Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedule, identify potential issues and address to MED and other related functions to close delivery gapMonthly vendor billing check

Education / 教育背景

Minimum bachelor degree in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent

Experience /经验

2-3 years working experiences in fields of supply planning, international order processing and/or logistics managementExperienced SAP userExperienced in international air freight operationsExperienced in logistics knowledge  of BLP & FTZ
