This role ensures production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and operational performance. The Operations Supervisor will lead a team to optimize workflows, manage resources effectively, and drive key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee daily manufacturing processes, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and within quality standards. + Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. + Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols and enforce a culture of workplace safety. + Identify and implement process improvements through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Inventory Management: + Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste or shrinkage. + Implement best practices in inventory tracking, receiving, and storage to optimize efficiency and space utilization. + Work closely with procurement, logistics, and fulfillment teams to maintain supply chain integrity. + Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, addressing discrepancies proactively + Utilize inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) to drive data-driven decision-making and reporting.
