Position Summary
The Operations Supervisor – Manufacturing & Inventory is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing and inventory operations within Green Rabbit’s production and warehousing facilities. This role ensures production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and operational performance. The Operations Supervisor will lead a team to optimize workflows, manage resources effectively, and drive key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily manufacturing processes, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and within quality standards.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and enforce a culture of workplace safety.Identify and implement process improvements through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste or shrinkage.
Implement best practices in inventory tracking, receiving, and storage to optimize efficiency and space utilization.
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and fulfillment teams to maintain supply chain integrity.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, addressing discrepancies proactivelyUtilize inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) to drive data-driven decision-making and reporting.Leadership & Team Development
Lead, train, and develop manufacturing and inventory teams to improve performance and engagement.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
