This position ensures that the temple reflects the beauty, cleanliness, and sacred nature of the temple experience.  Maintain temples at standards established by the First Presidency as outlined in the Temple Facilities handbook. Train, motivate, and supervise a crew of full and /or part-time custodians, church service missionaries or volunteers. Assist in custodial work to ensure that church buildings are always clean and orderly. Typically, responsible for 40,000 to 90,000 square feet and supervises a crew of 8-15 employees.
