This position helps prepare the way for the work of salvation and exaltation by fostering an environment of reverence and respect and helps customers to make informed product decisions. Works autonomously in managing all store functions of a small to medium store. The primary duty of the role is to supervise a total staff equivalency of at least 3 FTE comprised of store clerks, clerical employees, volunteers. Supervision includes responsibility for hiring, firing, CAP, and employee training, in consultation with Area management and HR.

Secondary duties could include a variety MMD Support Services duties of equal or lesser complexity.
