This position is for DISA White House Communications Agency at Bolling AFB, Washington D.C. Responsibilities Provides direct supervision to military, civilian and contractors assigned to the command. Provides top management continuity to the long-range visual information systems strategy, engineering plans and Audio/Visual (AV) policies for WHCA and White House Military Office (WHMO). Leads lifecycle planning and maintenance, including budgeting and modernization research. Oversees all Visual Information systems, maintenance and operation and management of all visual information systems. Provide daily oversight of all visual information systems, application and infrastructure related to supporting the President, Vice President, First Lady, US Secret Service, WHMO, National Security Council, and their staffs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. Individual Occupational Requirement: Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study -- photography, radio or television production, motion picture production, or other fields related to the position. In addition to meeting the individual occupational requirement, qualified applicants must possess: Qualifying Experience: To qualify at the GG-15, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience in exercising technical and administrative functions for a team of telecommunications, IT, and audiovisual specialists, and overseeing/managing contractor work.
