The Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for the planning and attainment of the company’s installation and service activity plan and providing technician support. The role requires excellent communication and coordination skills with Sales and Service Management as well as Field Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly manages the day-to-day activities of the Installation and Service Scheduling teams to achieve the activity plans and to consistently provide WOW service to NuCO2 customers and internal stakeholders within service level agreements (SLAs). Maximize technician utilization by effectively scheduling, planning, and assigning work. Collaborates with various departments to document and continually improve service work processes from contract or work order creation thru completion. Demonstrates expertise as a power user of all software required to complete service processes and assists the training of Sales and Service employees in the use of all appropriate tools and programs. Ensuring customer follow-up through day-to-day management of Schedulers, as well as handling escalation calls. Ability to effectively manage projects, supervise, train, and develop employees to meet company goals. Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new hires. Perform quality audits of handling of service cases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Creative and skilled leader with a proven record of exceeding targets for a high transaction, national service organization. Ability to obtain, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data. Proficiency in MS Office, JDE, Tableau, IFS Field Service Management or other Field Service Management software. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Well-developed business acumen in order to effectively guide/influence the priority of various stakeholders while delivering exceptional service to customers. Strong problem solving, analytical, planning and organizational skills. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in order to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers and groups of employees.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience preferred.· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a service, scheduling or logistics role.
· Extensive knowledge of tools and techniques for planning service work.
· Strong understanding of relational databases.
