The SuretyNexus Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring that Surety clients are serviced effectively and efficiently. The role involves managing the team’s workflow, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The supervisor will lead by example, fostering a positive and competitive team environment while supporting team members in their professional development. Additionally, the role includes managing the issuance of Surety bonds, handling client inquiries, and resolving issues, as well as contributing to colleague onboarding, retention, and career growth. The Production Supervisor will also prepare reports, participate in meetings, and ensure the confidentiality of client information.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of SuretyNexus Production teams. This includes day-to-day servicing of Surety clients, and management of team’s servicing of Surety Clients to ensure KPIs and SLAs are being met. This will involve building relationships and working closely with client-decision makers, executing deliverables on our client’s behalf in accordance with our SOPs and completing various administrative tasks, including monthly analysis & reporting. Duties include but are not limited to:
