Opportunity Snapshot:

 

Compensation:  $38/hourLocation:  Big Lake, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+Benefits:  Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and holidays Responsibilities P/A surface reclamation scoutingInventory each P/A well prior to cleanupPumping Unit Information: picture, Size and Make of unitConnect/Disconnect pumping unitsIdentify flowlines and mark flowlines from wellsite to batteryIdentify any trash/waste left on site and identify any staining from previous spillsSpot check jobs that are in process and provide pictures of completed job.  NORM scan of pad to ensure no NORM is presentInventory each potential battery demoGauge tanks and ensure that NORM scan is performed on tanks.  Ensure that pictures of tanks and nameplates are capturedNORM scans are performed on all vessels at battery.  Pictures, sizes, and nameplates will be capturedMisc. equipment will be inventoried and capturedBradenhead Blowdown: Pressure is relieved from surface and intermediate casingCollect Gas and/or Fluid samples from each casing, capturing data from each wellBradenhead Re-Gauge: Each casing must be re-gauged 3 times within 9 months of initial blowdownSpill Assessments (Approximately 40 per month per SFT).  All nonreportable spills will be assessed by Surface Field Tech.  SFT will determine proper remediation process to follow.  If possible, spill will be remediated onsite by SFT.  If contractor is needed SFT will assess the spill and recommend remediation vendor based on assessment Qualifications Understanding of surface treatment processesUnderstanding of the safety processes for working with NORMAbility to diagnose equipment issues and identify solutions effectively Proficiency with all MS Office Suite programs with emphasis on Excel & WordDemonstrate leadership as well as verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organizationManage multiple tasks and changes to priorities with little notice.  Ability to self-motivate and work with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detailMust be physically able to lift >50 lbs and climb ladders/stairwaysMust have High School diploma or equivalent
