This is a full-time, day shift position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care. **What You'll Do:** As a Surgery Implant Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services. Your responsibilities will include: + **Inventory Management:** Oversee the inventory of surgical implants and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment. + **Product Management:** Research and evaluate new implant products, coordinating their implementation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. + **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of implant usage, recalls, and other relevant information. + **Surgical Technologist Duties:** Perform surgical technologist duties as needed, assisting in surgical procedures and ensuring a sterile environment. **What You'll Bring:** + AHA/American Red Cross BLS card required. + Washington Licensed Surg Tech/LPN or 2 years of experience equivalent to Surgery Implant Coordinator. + Well organized, detail oriented and self motivated. + Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to multi-task and problem solve. + Ability to coordinate activities and work collaboratively with others. + Ability to execute detailed procedures with accuracy and precision. + Basic computer/keyboarding skills including MS Office applications. + Understanding of operating room protocols. **Why Choose PeaceHealth?** + **Competitive Compensation and Benefits:** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, and more.
