Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.   SURGERY PMO, CEESAT Location: Warsaw, Poland Contract: full time How YOU can help: The Project Management Officer (PMO) will be instrumental in establishing governance frameworks and providing project support to ensure disciplined project execution aligned with organizational goals. This strategic role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for process improvement. The PMO will communicate project status to stakeholders through meeting minutes, dashboards, and detailed analyses while identifying key project constraints related to scope, schedule, budget, and resources. This will incorporate uniform methodology, terminology and templates that will be leveraged as a consistent standard across CEESAT. Additionally, the PMO will coordinate the franchise governance plan, managing quarterly reviews and tracking follow-up items for timely resolution. The key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have: Governance: + Establish standards and frameworks for project management, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects. + Define and implement processes, methodologies, and best practices, including franchise governance mechanisms (team meetings, weekly updates, reporting timelines, townhalls, executive visits, congress support, and procurement). Project Support: + Provide resources, tools, and guidance to project managers and teams. + Facilitate training sessions, develop templates, and ensure access to project management tools and systems, such as BP support, deep dives, IBP project management, and maintain key relationships (e.g., Leeds, Vodafone). Portfolio Management: + Oversee the organization's project portfolio for alignment with strategic goals, prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and monitoring performance. + Lead initiatives related to LEX, big picture marketing, and setup of the Skyline governance. Resource Management: + Assist in the effective allocation and management of resources across projects to optimize utilization and balance workloads. + Manage key relationships, such as the ongoing collaboration with IQVIA. Monitoring and Reporting: + Track project progress, performance metrics, and key deliverables. + Compile reports and dashboards for stakeholders, providing insights into project health and risk factors, including overseeing the BU dashboard process and maintaining pricing updates. Stakeholder Engagement: + Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and roles. + Drive alignment for key projects and initiatives, exemplified by the TOS3 evolution work and large-scale events such as Magellan. Process Improvement: + Continuously assess and refine project management practices based on feedback and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + Lead initiatives related to the Credo improvement streams. Change Management: + Assist in managing changes in project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated effectively. **Qualifications** IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU We would love to hear from YOU, if you have/are: + Bachelor´s degree (BA/BS in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field) is required, Master´s degree (MA/MS/MBA) is highly desirable + 5+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry. + Proven track record of achieving sales targets. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. + Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles. + Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. + Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively across teams. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello). + Fluent English skills Closing date for internal & external applications: 28th February 2025.
