Anderson County Hospital is seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Surgery Team in a float position between our Anderson County and Allen County facilities.
No Call
No Weekends
No Holidays
Schedule: 72 hours per pay period (alternating 4x8s and 5x8s)
Shift Hours: Typically between 0600–1630, depending on daily assignment

In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
