We have an amazing team of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) across our practices and central support office in addition to a confidential Employee Assistance Programme which is available for everyone. **Your role and responsibilities** We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed nurse to join our team of 6 surgeon specialists, 10 nurses, and 3 surgery technicians covering both a soft tissue and orthopaedic case load in a busy multidisciplinary hospital. We are a friendly team who work closely together provide outstanding care to our patients. The role consists of a mix of general anesthesia / sedation of advanced imaging and surgical procedures, and theatre nurse duties to include scrubbing into cases and theatre organisation. The surgery nursing team also works closely with our anesthetists to support range of complex anaesthetic cases. The ideal candidate would have referral nursing experience and further anesthesia knowledge; however this is not essential as a training induction plan will be provided. Your passions and interests will be encouraged and supported with further learning opportunities. The successful candidate would work a full-time 40-hour shift pattern of mainly 4 days between the hours of 8am - 6pm with a later shift week on rotation. This includes 1 in 8 weekend working pattern and one bank holiday a year. There is also an exciting opportunity to join our surgery team as a nurse Team Leader where you will work predominantly within the surgery team as a nurse, but will also be an integral part of our nursing leadership team.
