Your tasks at a glance            

You work closely with the ophthalmologist; you anticipate their actions while following protocols.You like working in a team and know by heart the actions to take to coordinate each intervention.You are the person the surgeon relies on to prepare the room and its tools before the procedure.You will become a specialist in the tools and technologies used in intraocular procedures.You are comfortable working on your feet in the operating room.You are a stickler for details and work with precision and accuracy.A clear view of your assets     You have a sense of responsibility and take your role seriously. You have a definite interest in the field of health and high-tech devices. You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset). You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust. Your experience in the health care field is considered an asset (ex: optometric assistant, orderly, dental assistant, pharmacy lab technician, sterilization assistant, animal health technician assistant, etc.).  You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of French required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our French-speaking patients). Schedule: You are available to work Monday to Friday from 6:30 am until the end of the surgery schedule (flexibility required for occasional Saturdays).
