Surgical Financial and Scheduling Analyst

Conducts routine financial analysis projects using one of the surgical services support systems.  Routine projects include management of the block utilization process.  In addition, assists with preparing monthly reports and ad hoc reports using the surgical services support systems, and the maintenance of surgical services systems or functions including but not limited to operating budgets, cost accounting and surgical services support databases. 

REQUIRED

B.S. degree in Business or Health Administration and one year directly related experience OR five (5) years of directly related experience. Demonstrated knowledge of computers and micro computer applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Good analytical and communication skills.

PREFERRED

Experience with Trendstar, MS Access, SQL Reporting Services, or other Decision Support products. Decision support or financial analysis experience. Advanced experience with Excel or other data management product. Advanced mathematics and modeling skills.
