POSITION STANDARDS EDUCATION: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, current New Hampshire license. Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2+ years’ experience. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 2+ years of experience preferred Current Basic Life Support certification (BLSC) required upon hire. Current ACLS certification preferred. EXPERIENCE: 2+ years as an RN IV experience required  Experience working in a clinic or hospital setting; surgical/specialty clinic experience preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization. Demonstrate a professional and adaptable demeanor with internal and external clients, including administrators, physicians, peers and support staff. Demonstrate the ability to work as a team. The ability to work with minimum supervision, set priorities, and follow through to accomplish results. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: Active participant in in-services, educational programs, and educational conferences. Exhibits membership in organizations relevant to professional growth. AGE OF PATIENTS TREATED: The Registered Professional Nurse cares for young adult through geriatric patients.
