Job Summary
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing them with world-class customer service. Your responsibilities will include performing check-in, check-out, and phone reception duties. You will verify insurance eligibility, collect copayments and outstanding patient balances, and schedule follow-up appointments. Additionally, you will secure prior authorizations, referrals, and appointments for specialty care and testing. Your attention to detail will be key as you reconcile daily batch and global processing to ensure accurate financial records. Your friendly and professional demeanor will shine as you answer phones and assist patients or route calls to the appropriate department.Collaboration is at the heart of our practice, and as a Practice Assistant, you will work closely with your co-workers to achieve common goals. You will willingly share your knowledge and expertise, offering assistance as needed. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, we can provide the highest level of care to our patients.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 – 2 years customer service experience required
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills in person and over the phone required
