Responsible for transcribing physician's orders, coordinating orders with charge nurse and nursing staff, as well as other departments. Performs other clerical duties. Assists nursing staff by performing medical assistant skills as assigned according to established procedures and hospital policy. Qualifications include high school graduate, completion of Medical Assisting program, current BLS.
