**Overview** At CHI Health, we are dedicated to making a difference in people's lives every day. We are offering a 13 week Surgical Tech assignment at a respected hospital in Cincinnati. **Responsibilities** Surgical Tech 13 Week Hospital Contract $52 per hour paid weekly. Work 4, 10 hour shifts on day shift per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Check doctor’s preference cards and case cart supplies to assure that supplies and instruments are correct for the procedure. + Assist the circulating nurse in obtaining needed supplies, preparing room and equipment for each procedure. + Open gown and gloves before scrubbing and assist in opening other supplies prior to each procedure. + Perform proper hand scrub according to the policy. Cases: + Ortho + General + Podiatry + ENT + Plastics + Urology + Robotics + GYN **Qualifications** + High school graduate or equivalent + Completion of an appropriate technician program or at least 2 years of previous technician experience. + Certification not required, but preferred + CPR certification \#RN_rx. **Pay Range** $51.99 - $52.00 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
