Surg Tech I, II, III, & IV: Assesses patient’s needs by determining planned procedure and physician preference. Plans for care of patient during intraoperative phase by being prepared for the surgical procedure. Responsible and accountable to have instruments, supplies, and equipment available for planned procedure.
