Eligibility Requirements
1. Acceptance into a fully accredited surgical technology program
2. The following documents must be provided if selected for an interview:

Resume (this can be uploaded with your application; if you do not have a resume, please include your employment/education history in your application)

Letter of acceptance or proof of enrollment in an accredited surgical technology program (this can be uploaded with your application)

One letter of recommendation from a previous/current employer (we cannot accept letters from students; it must be sent directly from your reference)

Under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act (OMMA), a safety sensitive position is defined as any job that includes tasks or duties that the employer believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others.
