Join our team at the CentraCare Ambulatory Surgery Center as a Surgical Technologist, where you'll play a key role in outpatient procedures. We're dedicated to delivering top-notch patient care and embracing cutting-edge technology. Your responsibilities will include visually assessing patients' conditions, maintaining sterile techniques, ensuring accurate counts throughout the surgery, as well as proficiently assembling, preparing, and passing sutures, instruments, and supplies to surgeons and assistants.  

Schedule

Casual | Approximately 8-16 hours every two weeks | CentraCare Plaza Various shifts Monday – Friday between 6:00 am – 5:00 pm 

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay begins at $25.98 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience  Pay range: $24.59 - $36.89 per hour  College grant programs available!  Casual benefits available: casual PTO plan, wellness reward points, 401(k), employee assistance plan, and employee discounts! 

Qualifications

Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provided Card required (can be obtained during orientation) Basic knowledge of surgical technologist duties and responsibilities required Current certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
