Norman Regional Surgical Services consists of 24 operating rooms, with state of the art technology. We offer services ranging from urology, general, neuro, GYN, orthopedics, ENT and vascular access. Job Summary Assists the surgeon during the operative procedure. Maintains a safe and aseptic environment in the Operating Room area. Qualifications Education completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program, achieved national certification in surgical technology preferred, or have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech. Experience must have completed accredited Surgical Technologist program, or must have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech, or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech preferred. National Certification is highly preferred. (Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience). Licensure / Certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained for duration of employment. If Certified Surgical Technologist must have current certification. Currently Oklahoma LPN license required, if applicable. Schedule Monday-Friday, 0630-1900, 3, 12 hour shifts per month. Days vary. Plus call. Work Shift Day Position Type Regular Full Time
