Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Surveillance Officer to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As a Surveillance Officer, you will be conducting facility-wide surveillance camera operations to assist in the protection and safety of the property for guests and team members.

What will you do? Enforce State Video Lottery regulations and ensure compliance Monitor gaming room floor and cash operations for procedural violations and illegal activity Utilize audio and video equipment to observe business operations and write timely reports on any violations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of camera locations, view angles, and ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment Monitor facility intrusion and panic alarms, reporting any deficiencies promptly More about you High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Minimum of 1 year of related experience within surveillance Proficient in the use of surveillance audio and video equipment Ability to obtain a New York State Video Gaming License Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data input and record keeping Physical requirements Ability to hear and speak to communicate on two-way radio Ability to sit for long periods of time Work environment may consist of a dark area viewing video monitors for entire shift Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Shift details
