The position of Surveillance Shift Manager is responsible and accountable for the supervision of Surveillance Department team members.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

 

Supervises a team of Surveillance Supervisors, Operators and/or Technicians in performance of their duties on an assigned shift.Responsible for supervising the monitoring and operations of CCTV and alarm systems.Supervision of staff to include shift scheduling and maintaining proper staffing levels across all shifts.Supervises department team members and procedures for protecting casino assets and internal controls to ensure the safety and security of the team members and the guests.Review surveillance department actions, personnel and processes with Manager.Understand all department operational logistics and supervise, monitor and report as appropriate.Meet with departmental management and leaders as necessary.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

Four (4) to eight (8) years’ experience in table games and casino surveillance.Two (2) year associates degree or technical degree in a related fields or equivalent work experience.You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such an environment.Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

  Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.Must be able to work in a confined space with low lighting.Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30lbs.Must have excellent vision and hearing.Must be able to grasp, handle, and reach with hands and fingers.Must be able to stand and walk 30% of the time.
