Join Cisco as a Senior Survey Experience and Insights Consultant. Use your expertise in survey design, quantitative data analysis, and statistical modeling to translate data into actionable insights that improve the user experience.
In this influential role, you will lead the creation, execution, and analysis of surveys, delivering actionable insights while collaborating with partners in a dynamic, agile environment.
Your Impact
* Derive compelling narratives and identify patterns from survey results through statistical models, trends, key drivers, root-cause analysis, predictive and sentiment analysis, A/B tests, MaxDiff, conjoint, multivariate testing, etc.
* Construct effective surveys using outstanding methodologies aligned with research objectives and by employing experimental methods
* Navigate the full life cycle of research, from methodology and survey design to sophisticated analyses and storytelling
* Communicate your findings in a clear, concise, and visual manner to executives. Exhibit excellent verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a track record of decisive decision-making in statistical and quantitative contexts
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of work experience with 3+ years in survey design, survey tools (preferably on Qualtrics XM, CX, EX modules), and translating raw data into compelling stories
* Managed the end-to-end process of at least one large-scale survey project. In-depth knowledge of survey processes, methodologies, and sophisticated statistical techniques
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Statistics, Psychology, Market Research, Business Analytics, or a related field
* Certification in Survey Research
* Ability to quickly and effectively analyze research data and present rich findings
* Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills in the context of statistical insights
* Work well both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Experience with the full life cycle of research (methodology, survey design, data analysis, report creation, and storytelling)
