Job Title: Survey CAD Technician Job Description Join a leading civil engineering firm as an experienced Survey CAD Technician. Responsibilities + Prepare ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys, final plats, and legal descriptions for public and private projects. + Process survey field notes, perform survey-related research, and compile site-related information. + Utilize knowledge of the Public Land Survey System, title commitments, easements, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and municipal submittal requirements. + Work proficiently with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center. + Leverage MicroStation experience, which is considered a plus. + Understand construction calculation requirements, including reading plans, specifications or details, and as-builts. + Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. Essential Skills + Minimum of 2 years of land surveying experience. + High school diploma or G.E.D. + Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D. + Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Technical drafting degree preferred but not required. + MicroStation experience is advantageous. + Good communication skills. Work Environment The work environment is professional with a more casual dress code on Fridays. The office consists of around 80 civil engineering professionals along with some field surveyors. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
