Description
\t\t\t\t\tActalent's client is looking for a survey cad technician to sit out of their Columbia, MD office. Candidates will report to Will McLennan on a daily basis and to discuss work for the day. If the work for the day includes field work, there will be a brief discussion of the tasks and then the survey party members will meet at the job site. If the work is office related, the candidate will still meet with their supervisor to discuss the tasks and then the candidate will work independently, or with the assistance of the supervisor to complete the tasks. The extent of work consists of setting survey controls, running traverse, running level runs, performing survey data collection, processing survey data in CAD, right of way (ROW)/deed research, plat preparation, deed/plat investigation, property corner recovery and property line retracement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
DCI offers tuition reimbursement and 50% employer paid health, dental and vision insurance premiums. In addition to their paid holidays and PTO, they provide mileage reimbursement for distances travelled beyond regular commute mileage from the office to a job site.
