Dewberry is currently looking for a Survey Crew Chief to perform a variety of tasks associated with land surveying and civil engineering in our Daphne, AL office.

Responsibilities Perform right of way survey aspects of transportation engineering projectsPerform design survey aspects of transportation engineering projectsField work associated with land surveyingPerform Boundary, Topographic, Tree & Channel SurveysAssisting with survey computations and data collection as neededOther duties as assigned Required Skills & Required Experience A minimum of 2 years of survey experience as a survey crew chiefAble to operate Topcon Total Stations, Lieca GPS, static, RTK, RTN Ability to operate Trimble Access with Trimble Total Stations and GPSAbility to run a closed bench run, single wire and 3 wireAbility to shoot TopographyAbility to work remotely under rigorous conditionsFamiliarity with construction plans and RW mapsCertified Survey Technician, Level I or II a plusUtility designating experience a plusExcellent communication skillsMust be reliable

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work out of town, flexible with work areaMust have and maintain a valid driver’s license in order to operate company vehicleMust be able to pass drug/alcohol screening
