Job Description

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manager of Production and Technical Innovation, the Survey and Data Analyst  plays a crucial role in survey research, programming, data processing, as well as analysis and report creation. This role is an analytical and technical partner to other teams, working on many research projects at a time. In addition, the team collaborates with the Operations and Recruiting teams to create an efficient and effective research project resulting in high quality data and results.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Data processing:Work with the design team and client care team to ensure final deliverables match expectations and can answer the research objectiveReview and clean the dataProcess the data and create data tablesReport creation:Create and update PowerPoint report templatesPopulate reportsQuality check reportsCollaborate across teams to innovate and improve PowerPoint report templatesData upload and integration:Ensure consistent data upload to the Data Intelligence DatabaseProgram and quality check surveys:Review surveys for clear programming needsSend surveys to outside programming team, answer questions, and quality check workOccasionally program screener and questionnaire surveys with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiencyProblem solve ways to set up the survey to capture data efficiently and effectively for the respondent, client, and research team needsImplement the recruitment plan including creating quotas and sessionsManage fielding of online surveys and home use tests to ensure quotas and goals are met on timeWork with outside programming and sample provider vendors/partners based on the needs of the testClose and reconcile projects after the test day

Qualifications

Experience with the following programs:

Microsoft Office 365 products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, One Note etc.)Rosetta Studio a plus or any other report population programForsta (previously Decipher) knowledge a plus or any other survey programming softwarePower BI or other data visualization/reporting softwareWinCrossXML or HTMLPython knowledge a plus but not required

Education and Experience:

Minimum of a four-year Bachelor of Arts/Science degreeOr 5 years related business experience in a related field, such as data analytics, survey programming, project management, or consumer, sensory, and/or marketing research
