Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proficient Survey Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in both field and office survey work, strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software, and the ability to prepare proposals and job estimates. Responsibilities
+ Manage and oversee survey projects from inception to completion.
+ Prepare proposals and job estimates for survey projects.
+ Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software for project drafting and management.
+ Conduct topographic, ALTA, and land development surveys.
+ Coordinate and supervise field survey activities.
+ Ensure compliance with state survey licensure requirements.
Essential Skills
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ 5+ years of survey experience in both the field and office.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software.
+ Excellent computer skills.
+ State Survey license or ability to obtain State license.
+ Experience with proposal preparation and job estimates.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Expertise in land surveying, topographic surveys, and land development.
+ Knowledge of survey software and engineering principles.
Work Environment
