Kimley-Horn is looking for an experienced Survey Technician to join our Survey team in Greenwood Village, Colorado (CO). This is an in-office role.

Responsibilities Assist with photogrammetry, aerial and terrestrial LiDAR data capture, registration, and data extraction Occasional travel possibleUse AutoCAD Civil 3D software to produce detailed subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other various survey related maps or exhibitsResearch boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysisUse field crew data files (points), field sketches, photos and reference maps to create surveysPrepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right of way, easements, acquisition parcels, etc.Develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards Qualifications FAA Part 107 drone pilots license preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or ability/desire to obtain preferred)6+ years of relevant Survey Experience including: working with an extracting LiDAR data, using drones or terrestrial scanners, working knowledge of Civil 3DDetail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starterStrong work ethic, interpersonal communicationskills and desire to learnAbility to work independently and with a team

Salary Range:
