Surveyor What we are looking for: Aldridge is seeking a Surveyor to join our dynamic and energetic team. We are looking for a qualified construction surveyor that can layout, as built and document electrical infrastructure. This person will have to be motivated and be able to travel to different locations What you’ll do: + Assist the VDC department on project needs for layout + Help maintain a layout schedule and progress of work log + Capture as-built information and share with the VDC team + Perform site layout and capture shots during backfill operations to eliminate rework + Capture accurate measurements using GPS and trimble total stations + Set up site equipment Who you are: + 3+ years of experience with on site layout for construction + Experience with Trimble GPS instruments, Trimble total stations and Trimble Business Center + Job requires both office and outdoor work + Previous experience as a surveyor or in a similar role Who we are: At Aldridge, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team, where your skills are not only valued but crucial to our success. What we offer: The hourly pay for this role is between $35.00 - $60.00. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This is a union position and provides union benefits. This job-specific task list covers only the most important job duties.
