Responsibilities include menu development and design, monitoring food production, quality and consistency, and staffing levels, and assisting in departmental trainings. In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations are vital for this position. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, cost control, communication skills, computer skills, organizational skills, guest contact experience and culinary teaching skills and knowledge. The salary range starts at $70,600 for this position.
