This Sushi Supervisor position requires good communication, culinary, and leadership skills. The desired candidate will have good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi rolling techniques, with the ability to work both fast and accurately. Previous leadership experience and experience creating and executing menus is preferred. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: driving team engagement, ensuring incredible service for our guests, scheduling, cost control, coaching, training, and monitoring compliance with all laws and operating procedures. This person must have the flexibility to work any day of the week for lunch and/or dinner, including on weekends and holidays.
The hourly rate for this position is $29.50, increasing to $30.00 after six months.
