You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, enduring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.
How you will contribute
You will:
Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for further review and approvalsManage, coach and develop a teamMeet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectivesWork closely with internal and external manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to deliver the category's goalsDeliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans using system toolsBe part of the construction of the supply review and escalating issuesSupport and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs Participate in and/or lead supply review meetingsWhat you will bring

Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environmentOpen to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systemsExperience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycleAble to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the planAble to build effective teamsKnowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain conceptsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skillsQualifications:
Knowledge in o9 solutions, if not, experience with Kinaxis or OMP is required.Deep understanding of E2E planning concepts from demand through supply, as well as cross-functional considerations that impact plans such as warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing to inform/improve performance in planning and cross-functional interactions.Support with identifying continuous improvement opportunities using insights from data analysis, monitoring performance, understanding pain points, etc.Be able to think through and provide the best solution for a business use case by combining reports and/or tables across databases.Advanced English for effective communication in meetings with global teamsIntermediate SpanishResponsibilities
Responsible to sustain the adoption level of the Planning tool and process through user training, data maintenance, and maintaining acceptable o9 platform performanceTool performance management and simple issue resolution/escalationOnboarding and training team on tool updates and upgradesMaster data maintenance for parameters, for example, BOD lanes, storage requirements, shelf life, etc.Support root cause analysis for complex tool issuesResponsible for planning report maintenance that instructs users on o9 reporting capabilities vs directing reporting & analytics team on non-o9 reporting.Managing projects for future enhancementso9 updates/upgrades through Global Planning TeamProcess, data, and/or tool improvement projects identified by Regional CoE team or SC Planning ArchitectureUse cases defined/requested by business.Another brainstorming group for continuous improvement ideasSupport projects by other functions with dependencies on supply chain planningNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit Summary
