Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated person who enjoys a fast-paced, professional & dynamic work environment to fill this full-time position. The position is a key contributor the sales enablement and customer success for a new business venture called Logistics Emission Services. The services focus on advancing Scope 3 measurement and improvements with companies that require management of logistics emissions due to company mandate or regulatory requirements.
This position has two areas of focus. The first is sales enablement for the business. The second is customer success in the form of delivery of measurement data for customers.
Sales Enablement Responsibilities
Customer Research:Research prospect or customer sustainability posture, commitments, and profile through web searches, account manager interviews, and other public sources.Capture information and cite sources in areas like CRM, customer pitch decks, and ad hoc methods to support qualifying, selling, and servicing customers.Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with business leader and customers to understand their reporting and analytical needs, providing tailored solutions to support their objectives.Manage sales pipeline and customer profile data integrity by providing accurate reporting.Prepare, review, and analyze internal and external reports, including KPIs and sales performance/recognition reports, and present insights to the sales team.Skills Development & Continuous Improvement:Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills, staying up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, technologies, and best practices.Study the topics of environmental sustainability broadly and in logistics for applied use across customers and services.Attend target courses, as needed, to get ahead of customer and competitors on specific topics.
Customer Success Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:Gather data from customers (or their delegates) for assessing data readiness or supporting the measurement service.Cleanse and normalize data using service and customer master data references and traditional means.Develop and support analytical reports that provide customers with timely, flexible, and structured access to key information.Design, implement, and maintain reports using third-party and in-house reporting tools, including Power BI and Excel for customers and/business.Build interactive reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting platforms to visualize key insights.Work closely with business leader and customers to understand their reporting and analytical needs, providing tailored solutions to support their objectives.Data Integrity & Quality Assurance:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of underlying data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions as needed.Escalate data or process issues with emissions calculations and dashboard reporting results to development or data scientist.Sustainability and Carbon Accounting Methods:Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for the department, delivering prompt and effective solutions to a wide range of inquiries.Support day-to-day inquiries from the team, developing operational procedures and policies to manage volume and improve efficiency.This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science) is required.3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales, logistics, or financial environment, with experience handling diverse data setsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VBA, array functions, and Power Pivots), Power BI, SQL, and Power Query.Familiarity with ETL processes, data extraction, and transformation.Experience with SQL databases, and familiarity with Python and Azure DevOps is a plus.Analytical Skills:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large, complex financial and commission data sets.Proven experience in generating actionable insights from sales and commission data.Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.Attention to Detail:High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all data analysis and reporting activities.Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and genuine curiosity to find answers and craft good questions.Ability to research a topic using internal and external sources to compile findings and place them into context for the business, prospect, and/or customer.Desired Qualifications
