As a Sustainability and Decarbonization Sales Leader Iberia, you will lead the development and execution of Sustainability and Decarbonization projects and strategies, driving profitable growth both directly and indirectly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative decarbonization initiatives, ensuring alignment with both market trends and regulatory requirements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Implement a clear strategy of growth and structure in the Iberia region. Take a proactive role in fostering the inclusion and integration of local business units and initiatives into impactful projects. Create and drive the strategy to strengthen collaboration, increase market participation and identify new business opportunities. Engage in customer development initiatives such as trade shows, fairs, and conferences to drive the promotion and sales of new products, solutions, and services. Build and nurture strategic partnerships, while leading pilot and flagship projects to establish Emerson as a key player in the market.

Who You Are:

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

University Degree in Business or Engineering. A minimum of 3-5 years sales leadership experience in the automation industry. Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Experience leading Sustainability and Decarbonization initiatives and projects. Experience working in a matrix organization.
