As an Analyst with the Bridge Sustainability & Responsibility (”S&R”) team, you will be reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating with additional S&R team members. The role will primarily support environmental data management which includes the collection and quality control of energy, emissions, and water data using tools such as Energy Star Portfolio Manager and data management platforms. This is a critical component of the work our team performs for ongoing data analysis, ESG initiative recommendations, and ESG reporting. The role will also support the completion of investor due diligence questionnaires and have exposure to multiple asset verticals at Bridge under the direction of the team’s Managing Director and Vice President.
In time, this role will also support various sustainability projects, ranging from collecting information for investor inquiries to organizing content for presentations to joining and taking meeting minutes at bi-monthly and quarterly committee and task force meetings. Our team also works closely with an external sustainability consultant and this role would have exposure to that consultant, including collaborating with their engineering team. An ideal person for this position enjoys working with and managing data, has a keen interest in ESG and sustainability topics, enjoys writing, and is comfortable working independently as well as on a small team.
