The Sustainability Data Analyst will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining robust internal controls over Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data and reporting processes. The position provides a unique opportunity, bridging Sustainability and Finance and will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant sustainability reporting.
How you’ll spend your day Support ESG data collection processes across Teva's global business. Support Teva's Corporate Sustainability team with interpreting and implementing regulations and reporting standards. Collaborate with Teva's Corporate Finance team to integrate sustainability metrics into financial reporting and finance metrics into sustainability reporting. Support Teva's Corporate Finance team with collection and validation of Economic Impact Report data. Support Corporate Sustainability team with the management of its data platforms (e.g., Workiva, climate risk assessment tools, Human Rights assessments tools, etc.). Support responses to ESG questionnaires and rankings. Support the business in building and maintaining ESG SOX-like controls by mapping business data collecting and reporting processes, identifying data risks and SOX-like controls. Perform testing and audits of business processes to ensure effectiveness of controls and data accuracy and reliability and prepare reports of results and present to relevant stakeholders. Verification of data and information presented in annual sustainability report, disclosures and dashboards.Your experience and qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills Experience with sustainability management platforms is a plus (in particular Workiva) Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and data management tools. Experience on Workiva is a plus. Project management and organizational skills Analytical with a exceptional attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
