What you´ll do:

The coordination and development of EMEA-wide ESG reporting process against on new transparency requirements for companies (e.g. CSRD, CSDDD, …)Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with ESG reporting standards and other stakeholder requirements (e.g., customers)Supporting and contributing to improvements of ESG data, policies, and targets in EMEA and globally.Implementing and realizing new ESG Initiatives in EMEA (e.g. on the reduction of GHG emissions, pollution, circularity & human rights in the value chain)Screening, implementing, and managing new ESG requirements in the EMEA region (i.e., EU Green Deal legislations)Collaborating closely with other corporate departments (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal, IT) and global ESG stakeholder

What We’re Looking For:

Education: A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, IT or similar with a focus on sustainabilityProfessional Experience: 2+ years’ experience in field of sustainability and ESG management, i.e., in sustainability reporting, worked as a consultant, expert or a related roleTechnical Competencies: you have a strong understanding of ESG compliance frameworks including the CSRD reporting requirements or other relevant global sustainability reporting standards and technological systems.Personal Attributes: Passion for sustainability, working with data and problem solving. Proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.Language skills: fluent in English
