Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS) is looking for a self-driven Sustainability Lead Engineer to deliver on our ESG agenda in Danfoss Refrigeration and Air-condition products (RAC).

Job Responsibilities Shape our overall ESG direction and initiatives on how to minimize our environmental impacts & provide value to our customers Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and supply chain teams on concrete projects, e.g., to collect necessary data, to identify and prioritize opportunities, and to decide on actions Lead and oversee the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Circularity assessment & EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) creation  Act as bridge to the Climate Solutions team ensuring consistency and improvement of methodology, metrics, frameworks & tools Inspire, motivate and build competences on Sustainability across the organization  Background & Skills Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferable working in an international B2B company. Relevant experience within ESG from a previous position, especially in conducting LCAs  Familiar with EPD standards, LCA software and 3D modeling (Inventor) is preferred. A solid understanding of manufacturing, engineering and/or product development is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management abilities. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences. Should be passionate about and interested in driving the sustainability agenda. Work with cross-functional project teams, and managing a broad set of stakeholders.
