We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sustainability Manager to join our Myton Food Group, Morrisons very own manufacturing business. This is a critical role where you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to meet ambitious sustainability targets, improve environmental performance, and make things simpler and better for both customers and colleagues.

You’ll play a vital part in leading sustainability initiatives across 19 UK manufacturing sites, focusing on key areas like waste reduction, energy efficiency, plastics and packaging, water usage, and wider supply chain impacts. This is your chance to make a real difference - working with cross functional teams to embed sustainability into how we operate, while ensuring our actions align with Morrisons values and long - term goals.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of an extension.

As the Sustainability Manager, you’ll:

Develop and drive the sustainability delivery plan, managing a team to meet targets across the business

Take responsibility for reporting and communicating sustainability progress to both internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate closely with technical auditors, agriculture teams, supplier and site management to lead the delivery of key sustainability programmes that will have a real impact
