The Position
We offer an exciting role as a Sustainability Professional where you will collaborate closely with our Sustainability Partner and Sustainability Professionals to drive the production of Solid Dosage Forms (SDF) towards a sustainable future.
In this role, you will actively contribute to driving Circular for Zero initiatives across SDF Operations site Måløv, including:
• Contribute to sustainability ambitions particularly forcing on driving and managing initiatives for reducing water consumption across SDF Operations site Måløv
• Being innovative and creative in finding solutions to reduce water usage in production processes and reducing our environmental footprint
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project groups and across Novo Nordisk sites to share knowledge and aimed at reducing water consumption in production
• Support the compliance team and contributes in both internal and external EHS audits
• Collaborate with internal teams and sites
• Utilize technical expertise to coordinate efforts that optimize the efficiency of water units, working closely with the clean utility team, HVAC team, and other relevant teams responsible for maintaining production water units
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree within Environment, Chemical or Technical Engineering, or other relevant fields
• Solid experience from similar position within water management
• Excellent stakeholder and project management
• The ability to navigate a complex process landscape
• Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written
Other beneficial, but not required, qualifications include:
• Prior experience within pharma and GMP processes
• Experience with environmental compliance
• The ability to deploy data on water consumption, forecasting and impact calculations

About the department
SDF Operations site Måløv is a business area located in two different production buildings which consist of approximately 1000 people. In this role, you would work in SDF Production & Business Support (PBS); an area within SDF Operations site Måløv, that consists of approximately 120 people, divided in two departments – Technical Support and Business Support.
Within PBS, the team “Sustainability & Skills” focus on setting the direction and executing our strategy within Circular for Zero, Health & Safety and training within SDF DK. We have a Triple Bottom Line ensuring focus on environmental and social responsibility as well as economic. We minimize impact on the environment and have a very ambitious environmental strategy with a “Circular for Zero” ambition.
