YOUR ROLE Contributes to set up and achievement of Sustainability strategies and strategic priorities at Purchasing Adhesive Technologies Drives and/or supports strategic projects and/or workstreams as per assignment from inception to completion Collaborates with cross-functional teams (both internal and external) on Sustainability projects, deliver actionable insights to ensure project success Gathers and analyses data from various sources (incl. data from purchasing,, sustainability, business, market insights), identifying trends, patterns & insights to enable informed business decision making Leads and supports preparation of Sustainability data materials for internal and external engagements§Responsible for monitoring and reporting of Sustainability Project progress within FPA Assists in the development of data models, algorithms and statistical analysis Owns and continuously improves SI & Sustainability SharePoint pages to the benefit of Henkel Adhesive Technologies and Purchasing Adhesive Technologies YOUR SKILLS 5+ professional experience in a Multi-National environment (incl. internship). Henkel experience – advantage. Bachelor / master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainability Project management experience is an advantage Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R or similar Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, or similar Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills High degree of commitment, motivation and agility BENEFITS WE OFFER 13th salary Performance-based bonus up to 110% Financial bonus for referring a suitable candidate from 500 to 1000 EUR gross Meal contribution also during days off Cafeteria benefit system Henkel Shop Henkel Kindergarten Life Insurance Health care package Relocation bonus 5 Sick days per year Home Office possibility Extra paid days off for special life events
