Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sustainability Project Manager, you will: Oversee sustainability initiatives – Manage project planning, execution, and progress tracking across environmental, social, and compliance-related topics. Drive strategic project management – Develop and execute sustainability project plans, ensuring clear milestones, measurable outcomes, and alignment with business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams – Work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and sustainability specialists to keep projects on track. Implement data management systems – Support the IT team in transitioning to new sustainability data collection and management platforms. Manage business operations – Establish efficient workflows, OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), and a structured rhythm of business for the Sustainability team.

What We’re Looking For

Demonstratable experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within scope. Strong understanding of sustainability issues, particularly within education and technology sectors. Proficiency in project management tools for tracking budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and external partners. A strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to manage both high-level planning and detailed execution.
