Sustainability Transformation Manager

Position Overview:
We are assisting our client in their search for a Sustainability Transformation Manager to lead the implementation of internal sustainability initiatives. The focus will be on driving thoughtful emissions reductions, developing innovative programs, and fostering behavioral change to support ambitious climate goals.

This role involves managing multiple initiatives, facilitating collaboration across teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects aligned with sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage carbon budgets, collaborate with finance teams, and support cost allocation processes to align with performance goals.Drive program implementation, track progress, share best practices, and adjust strategies as needed.Design and execute programs to reduce emissions, particularly related to business travel.Develop and roll out initiatives to encourage sustainable decision-making and practices across teams.Use data modeling to identify reduction opportunities, monitor progress, and support teams with actionable insights.Lead change communication efforts to raise awareness, drive engagement, and enable sustainable practices across the organization.

Qualifications:
