Sustainable Procurement Consultant Job ID 195842 Posted 20-Jan-2025 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Consulting, Purchasing/Procurement Location(s) Makati City - National Capital Region - Philippines **JOB SUMMARY** The Sustainable Procurement Consultant works in CBRE’s Sustainable Procurement department, part of the Global Procurement function. The focus is on ensuring accurate and consistent supplier sustainability information, sharing CBRE’s Sustainable Procurement programs with stakeholders and contributes to CBRE’s net zero strategies. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Implement CBRE’s Sustainable Procurement programs across functions, segments, and geographies in collaboration with Indirect Procurement, client-dedicated Procurement, and Sustainability Solutions roles. + Engage internal and external stakeholders to acquire supply chain sustainability Key Performance Indicators from suppliers. + Ensure timely supplier information reporting, including overseeing third-party data handling. + Design and manage campaigns for supplier responses to ESG data requests, such as sustainability assessments and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting. + Improve processes with stakeholders to refine documentation and sustainability data for supplier collaboration. + Design responses to information requests from internal stakeholders contributing to Client RFPs and providing consistent messaging about Sustainable Procurement capabilities. + Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient processes. Monitor supplier ESG data and business metrics, recommending and implementing improvements. + Act as a Content Owner and Super User for specialized Sustainable Procurement software, resolving issues and maintaining system integrity. Provide and improve training and reference materials. **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE** + Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience in global supply chains. Equivalent experience and education can be considered. + Preferred certifications: CPSM / CPM, CIPS, or NACM. + Ability to influence suppliers and uncover key operational information to support sustainability goals. + Ability to analyze complex supplier information and KPI + Effective data presentation and relationship-building across suppliers, departments, and geographies. + Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, contracting, and supply chain principles. + Preferred knowledge of supply chain sustainability standards like ISO20400. + Advanced spreadsheet skills, including graphics, pivot tables, and preferred experience with macros, database management and data visualization CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
