Suzhou Production Supervisor

You will join Suzhou Plant team and base in Suzhou, you will be responsible for:

Manage production team including shift leaders and operators according to the company principles and rules;Lead safety management in shop floorLead 5S management in shop floor;Supervise discipline of production shift leaders and operators for attendance;  Organize production according to the production plan, and also follow the accomplishment;Responsible to the quality of the production during the process, ensure the production up to standard;Solve the problem during the production immediately with team;Monitor training plan for production team and follow up;Daily monitor scrap and improve it continuously;Support to develop the new product, new process and new machine;Manage short length and improve with operation team;
