Role and Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities:

Spare parts demand planner

Create purchase orders to vendorsPrepare forecasting and keep stock with optimal levelETD&ETA information updateKeep high level of forecasting accuracy ratio

Stock keeping (OFS on-front stock)

Prepare safety stock proposal, agreed with service centers; create sales order and control of distributionFollow-up system master data regarding stock keeping procedureProvide training for service centers about stock keepingOn-site audit of parts operation process (in common; stock keeping included)Weekly, monthly reporting; KPI improvement plan

Supporting Service Partners for Parts Ordering and Sales process

Check ASC Orders in system and support Parts SalesParts Pricing managementParts Ship out from WH process support

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

English upper-intermediateStrong analytic skills (excel, PowerBI, PowerPivot), experience with forecasting and planning systemsTechnical background and understanding of service processesHigh education in technical, logistic
